Sterling Ridge Contracting came highly recommended to us by friends who had used them for a number of large projects at their home.  I knew from seeing their home that it would be a great decision.  But honestly, they surpassed all my expectations.

Our project included a complete kitchen renovation which involved removing a bearing wall as well as an addition of a wrap around porch.  Our home was originally built in 1900 and with that came some unexpected structural challenges that Sterling Ridge and their team were able to solve with creative, high quality, yet cost efficient solutions.   During the entire process we were always kept in the loop as to what was happening and what was going to happen next.   I was extremely impressed with their scheduling and coordination of sub-contractors.  When one sub finished, literally the next day, the next sub was on the job.  A day never went by without work being completed.  We had hoped to be ready for Christmas, but we were ready for Thanksgiving!   I look forward to using them again for additional projects we have planned.

While renovating a home can be quite overwhelming, Sterling Ridge Contracting made the experience very palatable. I met with the Purveyors and Subcontractors prior to the renovation and they were all knowledgeable and proficient. In addition, the Subcontractors were considerate and respectful and the remodeling process was completed in a timely manner with minimal disruption.

Building a home is probably one of the most stressful things one can do. My wife and I struggled for months with who would build our dream house in the country. Our bathroom remodeling project was quite the task for our 126 year old home, but Sterling Ridge did a phenomenal job! Our new bathroom is absolute perfection; cozy and inviting with workmanship you’d see in a magazine. We were working on a huge hardscaping/landscaping project on our home and our landscape contractor discovered that we needed structural repairs to the exterior before they could continue. He introduced us to Sterling Ridge Contracting. Spencer evaluated the work and provided us with an estimate as well as a timeline. Given several circumstances, they were able to complete the work earlier than expected. I appreciated that they were able to complete the work sooner but more appreciative that he did not over promise and under deliver.

Since we were so impressed with Spencer and his team, we asked him to provide us with an estimate for the face lift of the exterior, another huge project we were about to undertake. We received several proposals and felt Sterling Ridge was a great fit. As they were working on the outside, we had two issues major issues occur inside (one after the other) that required a gut renovation of two rooms. Thankfully Spencer was here to address each. One happened at a time when we were traveling out of the country and Spencer handled everything on our behalf. He goes above and beyond.
