Equestrian Center

Warwick, NY
Sterling Ridge Contracting built this 30,000 square foot custom equestrian center in 2006. The core of the building contains 20 custom, individual horse stalls constructed of the finest material available. The second floor consists of a managers office, a viewing area which overlooks the indoor riding arena and hay storage above the horse stalls. Attached to the main building is a clear span 80' x 200' indoor riding arena.

We recently completed this 16,000 square foot interior fit out of commercial office and warehouse space. We created 400 square feet of office space including a new owners suite with a private bathroom. The additional 12,000 square feet consists of warehouse which was customized for the tenants specific needs.
