Spencer Cosgriff has managed three projects at our home in Saddle River. The largest of the three involved modifying the structure to permit installing an elevator; completely updating two bathrooms; rebuilding a walk-in closet, and adding molding upstairs and down. We were delighted with the relationship. Spencer is outstanding as a project manager and communicator. His work is of the highest quality, and he is 100 percent reliable.
